−Equally pre-occupied with risk control during research, development and testing, we systematically evaluate the research and development, interim testing project and process transfer project before commercial production in terms of process safety, health impact of highly active ingredients of drugs and risks of emission. Throughout the process research and development, we must find out how to minimize wastes and effluents and the dosage of key hazardous substances, which is the pre-requisite for applying the R&D process to production.
